Hi, welcome to my blog !!

To tell you a bit about myself, I am a wife of  close to 40 years to my best friend , mom of four amazing  grown kids, Grandma to 11 wonderful grandkids .I have a wonderful family and some really great friends that I share my life with !!

I live in beautiful North Texas where we moved 18 years ago from Southern Calif.

I am an artist, writer, blogger, photographer,  jewelry designer, and home renovator , and avid reader  !! I love to be creative whether it be a designing a piece of jewelry, writing a blog post, out in nature taking photographs, working on our vintage house, or gardening . I also love to spend time with our family, read, shop at yard sales, thrift stores and flea markets and take fun day trips checking out interesting places with my husband !!
